Are you weary today friend? Tired? Drained?
Seems that there's a lot of that going around. I'm certainly no stranger to those feelings, and after a week of ups and downs with a few "Surprise!" moments thrown in, I'm feeling a big wrung out.
So, I'm keeping my words few tonight, but the good news is that they are packed full of the abundance of God's love for you. And me.
Even when we are tired and weary and worn out - God NEVER is.
In fact the God who created all things loves us so much that He gives us strength even when we think we can't take another step forward.
Pretty amazing huh? That GOD cares that we are tired. Weary. He knows all of the things that have drained us dry.
He cares about every aspect of our being and has promised to sustain us - even when we just don't have any gas left in the tank.
Rest in that truth tonight friend.
Don't let the evil one rob you of the complete rest that can be found in Christ.
Physically. Mentally. Emotionally. Spiritually.
The amazing LOVE of God sustains us through every weary moment.
His love alone allows us to rest in perfect peace.
